Terms of Service — Lodestone Systems

The service

Lodestone Systems provides websites, lead management tools, and review request systems for local small businesses on a monthly subscription basis. By using our service you agree to these terms.

Subscription and billing

Our service is billed monthly. There are no long-term contracts and no setup fees. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

What happens when you cancel

If you cancel your subscription, your website and associated services will be taken offline at the end of your billing period. We host and maintain your site as part of the subscription. You are welcome to request an export of your content at any time.

Your domain

If you provide your own domain name, it remains yours. We never take ownership of your domain. If you cancel, we will disconnect our services from your domain so you can point it elsewhere.

Your content

Any content you provide (photos, copy, business information) remains yours. By providing it, you give us permission to use it to build and operate your website and lead system.

What we provide

We make reasonable efforts to keep your website online and your lead system functioning. We are not responsible for outages caused by third-party services (including Twilio, Google, or Supabase). We do not guarantee specific results in terms of leads, rankings, or reviews.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use our service for anything illegal or harmful. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this at our discretion.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. If we make significant changes we'll let you know. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
