The situation
Timberfell had been running for years on word of mouth. Good reputation locally, but nothing online. They offer tree care, bleacher rentals, waste bin rentals, portable storage units, and construction fencing (five separate service lines), and none of it was findable.
Someone in Barrie looking to rent bleachers for a community event had no way of knowing Timberfell existed. Same for contractors needing a bin or a sea can. The business was invisible to anyone who didn't already know the name.
What we built
We built 108 pages targeting every service and every town in their coverage area. Not one generic homepage — a specific page for "bleacher rentals in Barrie," another for "tree removal in Bobcaygeon," and so on across the whole region.
The automated side (missed call text back, instant lead alerts, review requests) runs in the background. If someone calls and nobody picks up, they get a text from the business within seconds.

The Outcome
The contact form now fires roughly every three days. Bleacher rental inquiries started coming in (people finding those specific pages and reaching out), and a number of those have converted to actual rentals.
Calls for bin rentals and sea cans picked up too, from people who had no idea the option was even available locally. The owner reports a significant increase in sales overall and is very happy with how it's running.
A note on results
