Lodestone Systems
Systems & apps

Less paperwork. Fewer phone calls. More time on the job.

I build custom apps and automations for local companies: the jobs your office does by hand every day, done for you.

Made in the Kawarthas.

What I build

Systems that pay for themselves

Every hour your office spends chasing paperwork is an hour you pay for. These are the kinds of things I take off your plate.

Track your equipment

Every bin, machine or rental on one map: where it is, who has it, and when it comes back. No more driving around looking.

Billing on autopilot

Monthly rent and repeat charges billed automatically, with receipts sent for you. Stop chasing payments.

Automatic reminders

Texts and alerts when something is due back, overdue or needs a call, so nothing slips through the cracks.

AI voice deploy

Your crew says what they dropped off and where. AI fills in the job for them: customer, address, pickup date. No typing in the truck.

Less paperwork

Invoices, receipts and reports put together for you, ready for your accountant.

Whatever eats your week

Spreadsheets, whiteboards, group chats: if your team does it by hand, it can probably be automated.

Example

Timberfell HQ

Timberfell in Kawartha Lakes rents bins, bleachers and storage. This is the app they run it from (shown with sample data).

Map of every bin and storage container out on a job, coloured by when each is due back

Everything on one map

Every bin and container out on a job shows up on the map. Green is fine, orange is due soon, red is overdue. Tap a pin for the customer, the address and a button for directions.
Voice deploy screen: tap the mic and say the drop-off in one sentence

Say it, don’t type it

AI-assisted voice deploy. The driver taps the mic and says something like “Deploy bin 6 to 203 County Road 8 for John Smith.” The app fills in the whole job: equipment, customer, address and pickup date. It understands how your crew talks (“bin six”, “b 6”), recognises regulars by their phone number, takes corrections out loud, and won’t let you send out something that’s already out.
  • Built with AI
  • Hands-free from the truck
Deploy screen with the address being looked up as it is typed

Drop it off in seconds

Prefer to type? Pick the customer, start typing the address and tap the right one. The pickup date sets the reminder.
Storage screen: 24 of 24 units occupied, $3,600 a month, each unit with its tenant

Storage units at a glance

Every unit, who’s in it and whether they’ve paid, colour-coded. Monthly rent is charged to the card on file automatically, so nobody chases cheques.
Alerts: a bin overdue, bleachers due back today, rent collected

Alerts when something needs you

The app tells you what’s overdue, what’s due back today and what’s been paid, on your phone, even when the app is closed.
More ideas

Other things I can build

Every one of these can be built around how your business already works. Don’t see yours? Ask.

Missed-call text-back

Can’t answer? The caller gets a text right away: “Sorry we missed you, what do you need?”

Instant quotes

Customers send a few photos and answers and get a ballpark price by text in minutes.

Booking with deposits

Customers pick a time and pay a deposit by card. Fewer no-shows, no phone tag.

Bring customers back

Timely texts to past customers: “Time to book your spring cleanup?”

Crew timesheets

Crews tap in at the job site. Hours add up on their own, ready for payroll.

Maintenance reminders

“The excavator is at 500 hours.” Service reminders before something breaks.

Chase unpaid invoices

Polite reminders go out automatically until the bill is paid. You never have to ask twice.

Receipts to your accountant

Snap a photo of a receipt. It’s sorted and filed, and month-end is ready to send.

Pricing

Every company is different. Let’s talk.

Tell me what eats your week and I’ll tell you what I can do about it, with a written quote. No charge to talk.
